Lighting Needs

In the space provided please detail any specials you intend to use including instrument type, preferred hang location, approximate focus location and whether you will be providing it or if you would like us to. Please note any equipment you plan to bring under “Special Equipment” below.

Sound Needs

Please detail any equipment that you will need such as CD player, Cassette Deck(s), offstage microphones, wired or wireless microphones, floor microphones, monitors, etc. Please note any equipment you plan to bring under “Special Equipment” below.

Set Specifications

Please detail any soft goods needed including trim and opening. Please send a floor plan and a sectional view of your set if available to brandy@clcf.net.

Fly Space Requirements

Please detail the number of fly lines that you want. Include your preferred location, their intended use and the approximate load weight.

Prop Specifications

Will you need prop tables? How many and where? Please note that we do not have lighting for prop tables. Please bring your own.

Costume Specifications

Will you be using the wings for quick changes? The scenery shop? Hallway? Where?

Special Equipment/Needs

Please detail any special effects (especially those involving smoke, fog or combustible material), sound, lighting, etc., equipment you may be bringing. ANY EQUIPMENT NOT APPROVED BY THE TECHNICAL DIRECTOR PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL MAY BE PROHIBITED FROM USE IN THE THEATRE.

Other Special Considerations

Please note if your production uses firearms or other weapons (real or simulated) or the use of any type of open flame (including matches, candles, etc.). Will any actor be barefoot on the stage floor? Will anyone be barefoot backstage? Is there any water in any effect in the show or will there be water on the stage floor? Where? Is there tap dancing in the show? How many dancers? Where?
